Tyre to rim sizes

I found a chart that outlines the size tyres to rim width, I can't upload it direct because it is too large but here is a link  ;D

Struth!
I wish I'd looked on the forum before I hunted for hours on the internet looking for tyre to rim sizes. Guess what, I ended up finding this exact table. Just what I needed to see what tyres I'd need for my 500/4 historic racer project and its 2.5" front and 3.5" rear (WHEN, I finally find the right three-spoke wheel, that is!)

Sorry to dig up this post again, but I'm new here...

Can use on my CB500/4 3.00 on front and 3.50 on rear wheel? With 110mm front and 130mm rear tires. Is it possible?

A 2.15 front rim supports a 110 tire and a 2.5 rear supports a 130. The 3 and 3.5 are not required (if that answers your question?).

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of it's victim may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Each manufacturer will have rim width recommendations for their tires.  Here is a link to Avon and Continental's web page for non-DOT race tires with rim recommendations.
