Testing the rotor '78 cb750f

I'm chasing a low voltage problem. I plan to test the stator, but not sure how to test the rotor, if that's something that can be done.

the rotor is just a steel lump unlike some other rotors that contain the field,check your field aswell,you find all you need in the faq?
