New member from the bluegrass
« on: February 17, 2014, 02:14:29 PM »
New member from Louisville, KY. Been riding all my life and have had many different bikes. Ran across a basket case 71 500 at a fire sale price and ended up here. Last winter I did a basket case CB450 and was looking for another project when this popped up. Turned out to have a bent/tweaked frame but I've already sourced a good replacement and it came with another engine. I think I need a bigger garage :)

Been doing a lot of reading here and have a million questions but I'll try not to drive everyone nuts with them. I've downloaded and printed several manuals and bought a Clymers from Amazon. I like to tinker and do all my own maintenance so I'm looking forward to the challenge.

:o  I'm real familiar with the crew at Magnum. Good bunch. I'll mention your name next time I'm down there.
