I've emailed the guy, no response yet.  I have my concerns since he only put $8.00 as a value on the paper work.
Should I be responsible for the $15.00 shipping charges both ways again?

The seller put a toll free number in the listing, so calling is probably the only way you'll get any kind of response from them.  A lot of powersellers are notorious for not communicating.

I agree. Unfortunately I'm in Canada and the toll free number won't go through!!!!!!!!!!! US calls only
I called information and they could find no Company listing in the City?
