Reusing The Cylinder Studs '77 CB550F
« on: February 23, 2014, 07:35:04 PM »
Hi Guys,

Quick question, I just removed the studs, all went well and they are in good shape.

Can I reuse them?

Also, the lower threads that go into the Crankcase seem to be really tough to get back in.  They take an 8mm 1.25 pitch nut smoothly, but are a bit stubborn going back into the crankcase.

Just to clarify...  they are 8mm 1.25?

Thanks!
