Hello

I am doing a full restoration on a 1975 CB400f and I need to know were the “HONDA MOTOR CO LTD” sticker goes?
The sticker looks like this.

That sticker goes on the right side of the frame neck. Not all market models used that sticker as some had a riveted serial number plate present. Generally speaking, If the factory serial number plate mounting holes are present in the frame, then the sticker is not used. Example pics show a UK market CB400F with the sticker present.

Thank for that, I have two bikes both New Zealand new and they both don't have the riveted serial number plate (NZ bikes never had plates) but have the rivets in the holes.

Both don’t have the sicker on the frame neck just the frame number stamped in, I will not fit the stickers as it looks like they were never fitted in this market.
