400 wheel building article in August Classic Bike mag
« on: September 09, 2006, 10:49:51 AM »
For those of you interested in the art of spoke wheel building there is an interesting article on building the front wheel of a 400 in the August 2006 issue of Classic Bike. Lots of pics and good 'theory' on how to do it. The newbie now gets to go and build the rear wheel for her bike, by herself, and we get to see the results in the next mag.

Also in that issue a retrospective on the VFR750...'the best Japanese bike ever??'

Classic Bike seems to be changing with the times and including more and more Japanese stuff.  I remember when the only bikes it covered were old Brits with the odd European one thrown in for good measure. Needless to say the old faithful grumps are not impressed with the change.
