It's in that photo. I raised the rear to match the wheel arch location with the lengthened swing arm.
I scrolled through a few years of photos and there aren't any "how to" pics. Suffice to say I drilled out the spot welds with a spot weld cutter, then pried the fender and bracket apart. I then re-installed the bracket and slid the fender up to where the dent was out of sight and it looked good. I marked it, cut it, and welded it back to the brace. The taillight covers up a couple of the welds.
Your mileage may vary.
Kind of the same as I did. But I didn't have a spot weld cutting bit, so I just drilled them out.
Cut the fender where I wanted, and riveted it back. Not the nicest job, but I'm no professional and have no tools (welder, bender, roller, tube bender).
