Your 4 - 1 carb cable system tells us it is a 1970 CB750KO. The serial and engine number will tell us more info. Probably was built in 1970 and titled in 1971. My KO I am working on now has a build date on the steering neck sticker of 10/69, but it was not titled until 1970 so the title says it is a 1970. Probably the same thing you have there. Looking forward to your history on the bike, how you found it, miles, condition, hopefully she turns over by the kicker and is not froze, and hopefully you got the title. You will learn the most difficult and expensive parts to find is the OEM 4 into 4 exhaust. Honda just recently stopped making them, but they are out there. Or you can use a different exhaust set up too. Does not have to be OEM unless you are after a complete restore. There is a service manual on this site which you may want to download or find a paper copy on eBay. One thing the guys really enjoy here is pictures, but you have to have at least 5 posts to be able to do that. Again welcome...and congrats on your find there.
