CB550 Cylinder bore o-rings.
« on: March 01, 2014, 04:18:43 PM »
In the process of putting my engine back together today. My question is about the 4 large o rings that go around the bottom of thecylinder bore. Should I stuff them inside the grove or just lay them loosely? It seems like theres too much to stuff inside the groove. I'm left with a kink in the o ring.

Anyone have this problem?

Grooves.  Vesrah gasket kit. On the last two engines I did they were snug and perfect -- ez pz. I wonder if you have the wrong ones-- designed for larger barrels
