Especially with that frame kit, this would take just a couple hours...

I pulled my engine, re torqued and had it back in 1 day a couple weekends ago.

Verify the pucks and oil feed o-rings are not the source.  Hate to have to go in again  :-\

I may have said this before, check out brandEn's 'leak free top end' thread.
Good stuff in there.
I made a set of round brass spacers for under the cam tower pucks because the vesrah pucks i had were a bit too thin... but I decided to test my luck and order another batch to see if there was a difference in thickness.
The ones I got from cb750supply were nice and thick, and (along with permatex 2 smeared all around) allowed .035" compression between the head and cam towers, so I didnt need to use my home made spacers.

There's no insulation in my garage, thus, no need for a beer fridge over the winter. It was great, all you had to do was leave a six pack in there for a couple hours and you were good to go.

Let me know if you need a spare set of hands, I want to learn how to rebuild a motor. Love to help out any way I can.

I will probably be this weekend . I got the frame kit , I will probably just tear it down to the jugs ( heh heh, images of breasteses) And start on those gaskets. Ugh.

If it has enough compression to start and the readings are fairly even and you are not losing a quart of oil every couple of rides why fix what is not broken?
Methinks this is much ado about nuttin'.

I'm not so sure haha, been burning the candle at both ends lately getting ready for both as well as painting my kitchen. I'm pretty beat, no rest for the wicked. A long weekend in a garage tearing into a motor sounds alright to me.
