I just stumbled on an interesting page on facebook. It took me to this. Looks to me like the serial number is under 300 and the price is around 24K. if that's buy it now it might be a deal.

If you put the url into Chrome, you should get the option to translate it at the top of the page

it then reads like this:

 I've seen the translation to "car" before. That's interesting, thanks Vames. The horn might be tough to find, guess I won't buy it.
