A few years back I bought what was advertised as a NOS CB350/4 fork bridge.  I am halfway through replacing the fork seals on my bike & decided to pull the bridge out of storage.  It definitely isn't for a CB350/4!  It definitely is NOS, and appears to be for a SOHC Honda.  Okay detectives, tell me what it's for, and how much I should ask for it (I'm in need of another bridge & need to recoup some money):

Looks like a CB550

Looks like 73 CB500, may be the same for 1st year 550.

After hours of trawling the internet I scored a NOS CB350/4 top fork bridge with pinch bolts in the original sealed bag.  $150.00 AUD.  I won't reveal the source of this unbelievable bargain until the bridge is in my hot little hands!

Actual CB550K3 part for comparison.  Looks close, but the ignition switch mounts are different.  I guess that leaves either 500, or maybe 550F.

Looks like a cb500 /early 550 -ignition switch goes under the tank and the guage mounting points are closer together

Yup, looks exactly like my 1971 CB500 top bridge. Though, without tube measurements I can't give a definitive answer.

If you mean fork tubes, they're all 35mm, plus the the offsets and fork spacings remain the same. Here's a pic of a 73 CB500 with an idea of spacing for the gauge bracket bolts.

Using an online fische all the CB500's plus the first couple year CB550's (74-75) are the same I thought there were differences in the boss width for guage bracket bolts, but apparently there were tha same for several years??
