This is a great build. The fabrication, adaptation and creativity without turnkey parts makes it even better!

Thanks. Wasn't happy at first, wanted closer to bronze. But it all came together pretty ok as a whole bike.

Definitely  puts things into perspective parts wise. I'll think twice before complaining  about parts availability  in South Africa.

The world's so much smaller now, pretty much anything can be found online and shipped. I did want to keep to a budget though, so some DIY and creative repurposing for parts that werent readily available made things cheaper, faster-to-get and more interesting.

How do you like dem apples?! Snagged first place for the peoples choice award "best cafe" at a local show. Pretty chuffed my buddy took home 6 awards including a 3-week small displacement buildoff challenge i helped him with. Beers all around
