I can't help with part numbers, however some of differences I've noted with my Aussie model F are that on mine 12v is supplied to the horn rather than it being earthed at the switch. The start solenoid is similar in that voltage is supplied rather than an earth at the start switch. Mine also has no running lights, which I think is different to the US models. The right hand control is also different to cater for these two variations. I'm not sure what you'd have to do to adapt if that's what the differences are between the part numbers you're referring to.
