can anyone tell me if this paint color is factory? or custom?

I found this tank on ebay after it had already sold. i like the color a lot but only if its a stock color option. The description on ebay said the tank is from a '74 cb750 and the color description was brown-gold metallic. Ive done some research and havnt been able to see any similar color like this in '74 but some other oragneish gold colors through out the years. Most of them are definitely more gold then brown which is why I'm questioning if its custom or not. If anyone is a color expert on all years or can just figure out what color it may be, please respond.

It looks stock, and it has the recall gas latch and helmet safety decal.  Is that Maxim Brown Metallic?  K4's didn't come in brown in the US, just maroon orange and green.  It might be a K3 tank?  Was that after the gas latch recall?

I like it, for brown :)

Looks like a CB450 colour. Or K3.

Greggo, Why was that latch recalled? I have one on my tank as well.

They can pop open easily in a crash, spilling fuel - potentially causing a fire.
