Ground wire?

Is this supposed to be grounded to the frame somewhere?

Pretty sure mine is mounted under the head of the bolt that mounts the front coil bracket to the frame. If you look closely you can see it in the pict below:

Disclaimer:

Ignore all the other wires (besides the ground) in the picture included in the previous post. I was in the process of cleaning up some PO's hideous hack job....  :o
