Kind of reminds me of an early 600 Kaw Ninja a friend of my youngest son got ..... for free which should give you a clue what shape it was in. It didn't run so my son's friend took it to a local shop whom was supposed to be friends with the his dad, the shop had it for 8 months and couldn't get it running so for kicks and giggles he brought it here and I had it running within a week due to a huge vac leak I couldn't believe the shop had missed in fact the shop told him it needed a new engine. Some goof of a PO must've used it as a stunt bike because it looked like they beat the top of gas tank with a rubber mallet so they could stand on it and painted it some crazy rattle can camouflage paint scheme. The bike had definitely seen better days and even though 2nd gear was shot the crazy bike actually ran pretty good.

I always say that if it isn't a safetied runner, ready to go then it isn't worth a dime to me. But since he's accepting offers and only asking $7 in the first place, if he were local, I'd maybe give him $4.

He didn't mention the front fender because it's  easier to make it into a bobber without it.
