Heading off to Broadford on the weekend for the Victorian Titles.
So we thought it was about time to put the bike back together.
Scrabled around in the parts bin and came up with the replacment gears and wackt it together.
But it wouldn't turn over properly after we buttoned it up.
Wacked it back on the bench and had another look.
We probably need to cut back on the stubbies when we are doing the motors.
Found a very sad shift fork and the cush drive was toast.
Motor assembly and beer consumption has been a part of our race prep for as long as I can remember.
Maybe we need to rethink our race prep, nar fcuk it.
Cheers,
.Brian
