yes, need for a 4 cylinder.  i do not even care if it works, just as long as the housing and cap are intact, and will fit an ard belt drive...

Looks like a twin mag in pic but we know what you mean.
The pulley,  probably Browning.. If anyone has the number please post it on here, Russ Jr may have it, and I will check whether new has, but it's not ARD.

I have an International tractor 4 cyl head but it's different casting. And has some recoil setup.
They all start off as Tractor or generator mag bodies..

I am not sure if this he Wico is hot, far as I know it works. Just showing another type of 4 cyl mag, adapted to Honda 750.

Most of the actual mag parts can be purchased from http://www.mainelymagnetos.com/

Just let them know you are working with a ARD magneto and they will be able to help you out.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for.
You need the whole "magneto" part or service parts for one?

Service is easy.
The actual magneto is harder, but doable.

The four plug cap?
Any fairbanks magneto cap will do.  Price ranges from $30-75 depending on where you buy.
Some have a longer or shorter "pick up" post.  But hat is easy to deal with.
Standard off the shelf tractor part.

I had a ARD CDI unit that was gutted too.

If the OP needs a cap, rotor or what ever just for mock up and such I have some used parts.

Yeah, it would be worth it to spend the $50 on a new one then.
rotors are cheap
