Ground wire plug

Green is ground, but this end looks different...can I attach,to.ground somewhere?

That's an extra ground connection probably for a three terminal signal flasher that Honda used in some market - I've never seen this wire used on a stock bike. There's no reason to connect it to ground, it's already ground.

Yes it's just an artifact of the "build one for the whole world" idea,   It's a euro flasher connection

That is true, the question comes up every few years. They probably used the same harness for several models.
