I've kinda got my eye out for an old Suzuki 400 Apache.

Pretty rare bike here in Oz, bak in the 1970's I had one so did my brother and a mate. But like most dirt bikes over here they were ridden and all gone to God. I searched for years to find another, no luck, found that one on Ebay in the States and imported it in. Crazy, cost me a fortune, but gets a lot of attention when on vintage runs. Everybody has a Triumph, Norton AJS etc, but nobody has one of these Suzukis.

Unfortunately, I let her sit too long and now the carb is in rough shape.

Nic TS Stevo, like that one in my small collection! Is that 72 or 73 model, is it original or did you restore it? I had a 74 125 and a 1976 250 back in the day , then got a 400.i will post a pic of my original 250 and 400.

It's a '72, mostly all original, the PO changed a few things but I am slowly bringing back to stock.

Only 1700 miles, I really should ride it!

Was thinking the same, should be taken out for people to see and enjoy. Always great to see something totally different running about the place.

At least get some dirt on it. that thing is so clean it hurts to look at it

HA!  That's an old pic taken just after I cleaned er up. I promise it's not that clean now...
