not running a filter on your fuel lines yet?  maybe you got some bad gas with debris, and it clogged something...
re-clean your carbs. something didnt get put back correctly, or you have a clogged pilot jet...
did you do a good bench sync?

Not sure what bike you have, but on my 75 750F that I used to have, there was a chronic problem in which the bowls were slow to fill. Tried everything -- the gas cap vent, fuel lines, petcock, in-tank filter -- and nothing seemed to fix it.

Then while fooling around with the carbs, I found there were tiny little mesh and plastic filters that sat right above each of the float valve seats in the carb bodies. A couple of them were really clogged with crap, and cleaning them solved the problem.

I don't hear about those little filters mentioned very much on thi forum, but I can attest that they can be a big mysterious problem if they are clogged. See the picture in this ebay listing -- it's the little white piece at the top.

I have 7a carbs on a 71 cb750,when I field strip the f%^&&* thing tomorrow I"ll check for that and every piece of the carb, has to be dirt somewhere again when gas fills in bowls were ever it goes to get to the cylinder has to be blocked

check the flow rate out of the #2 carb bowl overflow, and compare it to 1 and 3.
if its the same, you'll know the bowl fills adequately.
the problem would then lie between the jets and the carb throat.....

No need to pull your carbs, yet. Just check flow OUT of each bowl, by opening the drain screws one at a time,  to confirm you have open passages to each.
