Just how much would you guesstimate that stopping power has improved, speaking in percentages?
I noticed a subtle difference just by fitting steel lines to the standard set-up. This must be impressive.
Front end looks great, how does it compare to the single?
Wow, tough question to answer. If you look at what I had: rebuilt original master, ss braided lines, rebuilt caliper, started with EBC kevlar pads, needed more bite so switched to original Honda sintered. Now I have 14mm modern MC, same ss braided lines, Two rebuilt calipers, two drilled and ground rotors, phenolic pistons and back to EBC kevlar pads. Yesterday morning, I did some pad bedding and only used the front brake. I think I could have done "stoppies" had I applied more lever pressure! The original set up was not confidence building and the lever pressure was ridiculous.
More pics of the bike? Looks great. What headlight bucket is that?
That is the stock bucket. It was hydro dipped like the side covers and the tank. My signature has a link to my PhotoBucket album. There are hundreds of images but I do need some new shots since I have made a few changes.
Any pictures of the actual duel?
HA! Thats a good one... I am a black powder shooter so I might be able to come up with some pictures for you!
