I made a tool to do this i cut an old speedo cable about 8" long on the outer casing and 10" long on the drive cable. Screw it into the gauge and chuck the drive cable into a drill. and spin away, although my dewalt cordless drill will only do about 35mph or 1800 rpm. a dremel might work too but i havent tried in fear of over spinning the gauges
