New guy in Edmonton
« on: April 16, 2014, 06:26:13 PM »
Hello all,
I've been reading this site for some time now and I figured it was time to sign up.  I've always ridden older hondas.  Started out on a '73 XL100 (in 1992).  A few years later moved up to a '81 CR250.  Then some time after that I got myself a '79 CX500 Deluxe.  Its been about 7 years since I got rid of the CX and I've decided its time to get a bike again.  This time its going to be a CB750.  Being a millwright, I can't leave any machine I own as it is.  So I'm currently on the lookout for a '75-'78 CB750F that is at least close to rideable for this year, and I will tear it down and rebuild it next year when I've got my new garage built.  Thanks to everyone here for all the info I've gotten already and I look forward to learning a lot more in the years to come!
