drag pipes clearance?
« on: April 17, 2014, 08:47:40 am »
Has anyone run the short drag pipes on a slightly lowered bike? My brother has a 72 that has 6" extended forks, I dislike the bike a lot with those forks. I'm not even crazy about moving it around in the shop, anyway if I shorten the forks to -1" from stock will the short drag pipes hit the ground with normal riding? They are stacked and the outside ones appears to be quite a bit lower than the inside ones.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.
