I thought Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (yucko!) was steampunk but apparently that's deiselpunk?  Who knew it was so different?

Apparently, according to Wikipedia (we all know how accurate that site is) this is steampunk:

I prefer this Aussie example of bad-assery:

Does it run on LSD?

Hahaha!  Probably not, but I bet you are an inch or two shorter after riding it for 100 miles!

Oh Kevin,

There's no way in hell I would ride that rigid, psychedelic drag bike.  My herniated discs would be laughing at me.  That said, I was making reference to the pyschedelic paint.

Sorry mate, being a tad colour blind I had actually not clocked the colours at all, only the impracticality of the machine.

Stop acting like a tool, it's getting really old. Acting like a 15 year old, no one appreciates it. Terry helps out a lot of people and although Steve and I have had our differences I think he contributes a fvck ton more than most on here. Put your nose to the grind stone and build you bike,  we dont need your bvll#$%* commentary.  If anyone is going to act like a twat around here, it'll be me.

You are only scratching surface.

Convert it to steam or at least wood gas - now that would be an accomplishment.

the virtues of a rigid bike involve good drag strip launches

Hence the whole dragbike stance on Yoshi's CB750 above.

You are only scratching surface.

Convert it to steam or at least wood gas - now that would be an accomplishment.

When I looked up "Steam punk" on wiki that is basically what it boiled down to. The cult like following of steam powered machinery. So IMHO to officially call it "Steam punk" it should be STEAM POWERED!

Well according to Noddy, if we don't get Uncle Terry's permission to pick the dags off of our butts, it'll be off to communion to eat some bread and suck some piss... I mean wine, followed by bend over and touch your toes punk.  ;D

How good is that.  ;D
If I was you
I'd be worried about me.

There is still a Nimbus on the road in Denmark running on wood ever since it was converted during the war.
