I had a GAS relapse
« on: April 18, 2014, 09:31:37 PM »
I didn't take a picture yet, but found a low-line plywood-top sigma guitar today. Had to put it on the over used credit card.  It looks it had some honest wear from playing and the action is okay with only one buzz on the e-string on the first fret.

It has three  autographs. Hank Thompson (he's done signing stuff forever), Charlie Daniels (apparently) and another I can't identify.

Stay tuned for a pic, I need help figuring out who the third is.

Wicked. I learned how to play on my dad's old Sigma. I'm doing a PhD in Musicology now (which I often use as GAS justification) and sometimes I think back to fumbling around with that old guitar in my bedroom when I was 12 years old. I don't know much about autographs, but I'm looking forward to pictures. Every Sigma I've come across has been really well-built, congrats on the new guitar.

What, no pic?
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.

Exactly!

I click on a thread expecting to see a guitar to drool over, but get nothing! >:( >:(
