AHRMA Vintage Motorcycle Festival
« on: July 05, 2014, 08:04:45 PM »
For those of you out on the east coast, AHRMA is coming Millville New Jersey again with their vintage festival.

Last year was their first year in New Jersey, and I think they're trying to grow it a little larger every year.  The swap meet wasn't that impressive last year, but there were a lot of nice vintage race bikes!

Friday is practice day, races are on Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday tends to have the most going on.  Definitely worth a ride down to check out the bikes, get some grub, and watch a few races.

Unfortunately it's the same weekend as mid-ohio, but if you're not going to mid-Ohio then stop by this event.

Hey... thanks Slain569!

That's my bike. I was trying to say high to anyone I saw looking at the bike, as I was hoping to bump into some SOHC4 members.  Unfortunately the sun was at a bad angle, and we were really hot, so my pit crew (aka, good friends) put up that canopy wall to block the sun.

I also purchase a couple of SOHC4 stickers to put on the bike, but I managed to misplace them and couldn't find them before I left the house... very frustrating.  Otherwise, it was a great weekend.

I saw you over there a few times, but the sun was quite brutal on that side of the track, and I know how hot it gets in those leathers. I not keen on interrupting someone who looks comfortable and relaxed.  ;D It was a great weekend for racing though. You bike sounded strong out there and didn't seem to ever have any mechanical problems when I walked by. It's a honda though, so what else should I expect. Glad you had a good time and made it back safe.
