Need Kits for These Carbs. What Model?
« on: May 01, 2014, 10:40:54 PM »
My mate has this set of carbs but does not know what model bike they are off. He suspects CB650. Would like to know for sure so that he can order kits for them. Plans on fitting them to his S600.

You might find a fitment chart on the internet and I'm sure the dealership would have it. Maybe check with one of our carb builders here. You could probably make any set of carbs work but if you want plug & play find the match from the chart.

Yep, 1977 CB750 F2. They have needles with adjustable clip positions FYI.

+3  77 750F carbs...but it looks like they were stripped of a few items along the way.
fuel lines, accel pump fuel circuit lines, fast idle cam, choke linkage......
might take more than a few 'kits' to get these sorted  :-\

Yup missing a lot on those.  I have all the parts, replated for the most part.  I would recommend you do a more detailed inventory of what you're missing though, otherwise you'll be buying piece by piece and constantly realizing you need something else.

Thanks heaps guys. I perhaps should have recognised them as I have a 78 750F but its been a while since I looked at the carbs. As I said in OP my mate wants to set these up on his S600 so there will be some mods required.
Thanks for the offer harisuluv, I'll keep it in mind if he needs anything.
