El burro was here
« on: May 04, 2014, 02:05:57 PM »
Hello,
I am new to this forum and also to Honda Cb750.
I recently bought myself a CB750 K2 (non runner).
OOoh yes, you will see a lot of me on this forum.

After searching for my dream bike I settled to make myself a "copy" Wrenchmonkees #54.
Sorry for the purist out there but it's just a trend thing. (please forgive me).

So that is me, my real name is Mario but I am out there with the alterego of El__burro (the donkey).

See you soon
El__burro

Here she is,
a bit "naked" but its a good starting point.
I have also the seat, one of these cafe racer looking one,
probably I'll learn the name soon before putting it on Ebay.

What do you think?

Thanks

I'm not a strict purist...it looks like a nice start for a project, and K2's aren't like K0's or even K1's in value...So, have fun with it!

However, if resale value is important to you in the long run, you'll be much better off keeping it close to stock ;)

There are some who believe K2 was one of the best years.  Welcome!
