If you can use a stock air box, even with a UNI foam filter, the 4th groove should be ok. I expect the main should be 105 or maybe 110 at the largest. To restore proper throttle response, you will have to fine tune the max # of turns out from seated that will still net you reliable power with up to 1/2 remaining throttle twist.
These recommendations are just a prognostication. The only real way to zero in on proper set up parameters is with either a dyno, or test track runs with plug reads to indicate combustion parameters consistent with present changes. The bike ain't gonna adjust itself. And, that is simply the price you pay for running non-stock.
FYI: The needle is a standard K needle.
