Anybody have a shot of their bike with either of those colors:  Candy Antares red & Apricot flake metallic

My frame serial number of CB750 - 254XXXX & engine of E237XXX  puts me in 76 ?      Which puts the color - Candy Antares

I have a tank that I think is the Apricot flake -   Is there a noticeable difference between the two.  To me it seems like the Candy Antares is
a bit darker and doesn't look like it has as big of a metal flake in it ?   Just don't have much to compare it to.

  • To many bikes-but lookin' for more
Here are a couple pics but unless you see them in person its pretty hard to tell a lot of differences. The Antares as you noted is a little darker, richer red with less flake. The 76F also used the Antares red, the only color offered that year. Top pic is a 75 Apricot Flake, second and third Antares.
