Tiger gets RC Cobra Engine and new rider

Light bulb came on, why not put RC Cobra engine in Tiger and get it ready by August 1st for Man Cup National @ Commerce! Our very own , Keith LeBlanc will be riding, ok I'll check it out, but Keith main rider! K.

Bill, were both engines good? What are you taking out and what size is going in?
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Your plan looks good and your screen is clean................but the motor-mount needs attention.

Dennis, +1! Jerry, that's the problem, what's in there now is nice ported head and RC Golden rods,crank, maybe stroker, but the bore size is stock! 1080 long gone!  ;D
The Cobra motor has RC rods, RC crank, ported head, crankcase studs, external start only, 327 cam, and been rode hard and been put away wet...as Dennis noted! Oh cases have been repaired more than once! But that Cobra plate...has anyone got a pic of an original plate, everything long gone off mine. Just seems right to try to use it sorta as is! I got some plans. ;) Bill

Me too! Took all I could do a little over a year ago..... but it was worth it!  ;D 8) Racing next Sat at Commerce! But may start on engine swap any day now! This one not going down in value.It really is a cool piece, I know I was fortunate to get it! Want to do it and the previous owner justice. Was owned by Keith Robinson out of Pa. A Honda dealer. Won C Gas one year. Index was 9.30? Ran @ 9.34 @ 135mph. 8) Jaguar, may need your help on ARD, Bill
