I'll be using a 78 gastank on a project that uses a non-rebuildable single spigot petcock (the face plate is rivoted in place) with a tank exit pipe of approximately 16mm OD. I can get a new petcock, but they seem cheap, disposable. I prefer the older type with the 2 screw face plate, so the packing can be replaced if need be, problem is these are 20mm at least on the supersport. Anyone know if there is a different model that will fit the 16mm pipe? The 400F petcock is larger diameter also.
