local council have an "issue"with kiddie parts all over the place?#$%*en wimps,im sick of them blocking the drain port on my pool,bloody slack parents who let their kids squeeze through 100mm gaps then reach over 900mm to grab a less than 10mm finger perch to then shuffle along for another 900mm on one little toe to then climb a less than 60 degree angle chamfer bevelled edge of over 610mm to then hop over a 2 metre drop to finally commit suicide in my pool?man sorry txterror!

you gotta dive the  Yongala ship wreck off Townsville stevo!sank in like 1911 during a cyclone and 125 lives and one horse lost,only found by a mine sweeper in 1944 but not looked at till later,the bronze prop was already missing?it has a strong current running over it,its in 45 metres of water.

I don't know where 14-28 metres comes from its bloody deep at 45 when I was there!its not an easy dive with the fast flowing current over it either and ive been down and all along it three times.

I worked on Lady Elliot island for 3 months a few years ago. It was great, knock off of work at 3 walk to your room get changed then off to free dive and see if we could find some mantas. It is on the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef. I have some nice pictures of the mantas I got to swim with.

  The Manta's belonged to the species Manta alfredi, they grow to 5.5m across.  The one's around the island were between 4 and 5 metres across.  Definitely impressive to freedive within a few feet of.




This fella was hanging about in the current at a cleaning station in about 14m of water, I ran out of breath at about 12m and had to head back up.  So I couldn't quite get the shot I wanted.
