Cb750 k8 valve replacement

Sorry if this has been asked before an if I just am too dumb to find it. I'm rebuilding the head on my k8 engine and have a cracked valve stem, and am a bit confused about the replacements.
Are k8 and f2 valves the same or is the face a different diameter?
Also if i replace the keepers and retainers are earlier K valves compatible?

f2 and f3 valves are bigger,and you can use the earlier valves if you change keepers and retainers.bill
