78 cb550 from indianapolis
« on: May 17, 2014, 06:23:37 PM »
Hey, new to the forum and it said to start here. I have been into street bikes the past ten years and really got the love of a good corner in my blood. Then I found the rockers of the 60's in britain and couldnt get enough of the cafe scene. Finally I found this beauty on craigs list right here in indiana for $500. with the wind jammer and sissy bar this thing put a huge smile on my face but a cafe racer was what I had in mind. Dustin kott of kott motorcycles made that happen. My skill set would not have came close.

Thanks!! Runs great...im still getting use to the sounds that it makes ( not as quiet as the street bikes im use to) but I got to hear some other 550's at the indianapolis rocker reunion and mine makes all the sounds it should. So much fun...I love this bike!!!

I just went through Kott's site recently, he does some interesting work.
