Gave up on the Ossa frame, scored an SL 350 will work pretty good.. Just got the frame today. Have to cut the tail of to run my Champion seat fender combo.
Not sure on tank yet tried several. This has to be running for second weekend of July and on the track. Pretty happy with this frame..

After a bit of grinding off brackets the seat base fits, and I have hoops already bent for the back to match this fender

That was a Honda trials tank, aluminum,  but not gonna. Work.
Tried an RM125 Suzuki  aluminum one today, fits better and lighter.. Like 2.5 lbs or less..
Got a complete motor that hopefully runs.

Frank.............this will be cool....................That frame had a steering dampener very similar to the CL72/77 models and was used on the CR750.

If you count the outer cover of the tank hiding another tank underneath it.

It worked good, going to change a few things,  but it will go a lot  better than the 750 did .. Fairly easy to ride too.. Still. Makes pretty good power, although it smokes and leaks a lot...
I think it's around 400cc, and commercial.. Some racers would get close to 50 hp out of a well built one...get up to about 485 cc with a stroker.
They sound good reminds. Me of short track races we used to go to..
