went to the finals but David got a little itchy in his trigger finger
and red lite  -.022 and Donny C got the win
David did stay in it to prove a point with a dial in of 8.350 and went a 8.351
He is still #1 in the points
next race is 2 weeks

good luck in Va.

Thanks Sam.  I'm trying.  Hey Jim, wish I was that fast, but we dialed 9.35, not 8.35.  Don't want all the guys here thinking that I'm faster than I really am.  lol!!
I'm not as smart as I look, but I am pretty.

David, That's awesome dialing and putting it down! Maybe Jim was having a Brian moment, "The older I get, the faster I was."  ;D ;D ;D
Are you going to Richmond?

The cams have been retimed ( 105 for the intake and 107 for the exhaust)
Installed a pingel fuel valve to keep the flat slides
From starving on top end
So both the 840 and the 1100 are ready to go back
To the dyno next week

Will keep you posted

Jim
I hope you measured valve to piston clearances carefully, I had problems with the same setup when trying to go under 108 on the intake side.

 Juha
Thanks for the info Juha
we did bump the valves but that was only when we went too far the first time (I think we got to 90 or 95 degrees on the intake side)
and when we went back to 108 109 we where fine)
I can check that over the weekend before we go to the dyno
thanks for reminding me
