The petcock in the stop position, passed fuel? In my honda in the stop position after removing the cables slowly leaking fuel. Is this normale? This situation makes the one carburetor overflows.

Not normal. Petcock should be able to turn off completely without leaking. Not familiar with yours (K4) but they all have parts that wear out.

Off should be off. I can take my full tank off and let it sit and it's totally closed.

On shouldn't overflow the carbs anyway. You've got needle valve problems.

I will be honest that #3 drips on mine after a full day if I leave my petcock on, haven't gotten around to fixing it.

So if an off petcock still causes overflow you've got two problems.

So I have probably two problems. Needle valve in the carburetor nr 3 and packing a valve (product number: 16955268020). Thanks for the quick help, I wanted to make sure whether the position off fuel should drip. THANKS

Your float level could be too high, or your needle valve may be sticking open. Give the offending carb a couple of sharp taps with a screwdriver handle, sometimes that's enough to get the valve to seat properly and stop the overflow. Worth a try. You'll still need to deal with the petcock issue though, and if the screwdriver trick hasn't worked you'll need to check the float height and ensure there is no crud preventing the valve from seating.

Screwdriver trick hasn't worked. I check this float level. If that does not work, I'll buy new needle valve.

The petcock on my CB500 recently did that - leaked fuel when in off position.

I have not had good luck rebuilding them, a new Honda petcock was $50, a no brainer for me.
