Hey everyone,
So I realized I had messed up on sealing my cases. I split then again, reapplied the hondabond, and put them back together. While torquing the crankshaft mounting bolts, the rear center bolt wouldn't torque.
Removed it, tried a different bolt, but no go. Looks like the threads gave out and now I can't torque them all to spec.
Am I going to have to helicoil that thread? If so, does anyone know what size? I really don't want to have to split them again now that I've got the hondabond on right, not to mention remove and replace the mounting bolts again and risk stripping more threads.
Ugh, I was so close this time...
