Is it stuck at the bead and you can't get it loose or are you unable to stretch old rubber over the rim?

Agreed, check CL we have several guys in my area that do mounting and balancing out of there garages.  I've had all mine done this way, just got one installed last weekend.  $20 off the bike to pull old tire off, mount and balance new tire.  Super nice guy had nice equipment too.  MAC compressor  and a really nice tire machine. Retired mechanic from Rousch Racing so he had all the good tools and tool boxes!  For $20 its a no brainer.

Yup. These guys  http://www.mctireworksinc.com dismounted my tires. Just had my 750F tires removed from Morris mag.  Didn't want to risk the wheels by cutting them nor spend 3 hours wrestling with old tires

Same here.  He even has a K6 sitting covered outside his garage that I plan to rescue.

Eventually got them. Front really wasn't that bad but the back was insane. I think since they are tubeless rated that made them much harder to remove.

My new question is do I spend some time trying to get the rust removed from the inside of the rim if I'm going to get the wheels powder coated? I'm assuming they powder coat the inside of the rim too?

When they powder coat they will strip them or sandblast them.
