« on: May 31, 2014, 09:47:49 AM »
Hi.

I just came across a NOS cb750 head. its listed at 6000 nkr, wich is about 1000 USD.

The price is for just the head. nothing else.

What is the price they og for when they show up?

CMS in the Netherlands currently has an F2 cylinder "on sale" for 600 Euros. Regular price: 2356.00Euros or 3,212.00 US $. The matching  new head is 2488.00 EUR or 3,392.0 US $.
A new K (up to K6)  head from them goes for € 1590.00.
I would consider $ 1,000 for a new head as an okay price for those who have the change in their pockets. A few years ago, I bought a NOS head on eBay for about $ 500. But it is a K7/F1 head which goes for less--but currently seems to be even harder to get.

Forget that! Pick up a nice used head for the price of it's aluminum and send it to MRieck with the rest of the cash and have it done up the way they should be.

The head was supposedly a K2 head. I offered him 600$ included the shipping, but he politely declined.

I guess i will have to dive down in the pile of parts i have in the shed.
Maybe there is a usable head in there.

Somebody send Frode a -392 head! You have posted '76 750F' right?

75/76 CB750F (US) or 77/78 CB750K (US)

You really don't need a new one do you? Surely Bill Benton has one that he doesn't need a small fortune for, huh Bill?!
