74 cb750 Restore?
« on: May 31, 2014, 07:56:32 AM »
Need help with some answers. I have a 1974 cb750k for sale, that I rebuilt. Runs good, all sorted. I am asking $3,000 or best offer. I have had no offers, so I was thinking would it be worth sinking another $2,000 into it and make it completely stock, ie. correct paint sceme, chrome fenders, seat, fork ears, etc.  Then try to sell at $5,000?. Just trying to get some ideas.

Thanks, Bob

You may be able to trade the setup to another member? Could save a lot of cash. The yellow is gonna push away certain people. The real problem is that everybody wants to pay you dirt for the bike just because. If they owned it they would want 4k firm, it just seems to be how people are now with the selling process
