Newbie needs to get HOSED
« on: September 19, 2006, 02:25:49 PM »
After putting SS brake lines on all my "vintage" machines, my 75 750F's front hose setup is perplexing!  Have you replaced these stock hoseS and are there fittings to match the original ones?  I'm used to banjo's on both ends, not the screw-in [?] fitting on this CB.  THANkS for your help and ideas.

I think some people go banjo on the caliper and skip the little rigid line altogether.

Banjos on both ends would be the best, and easiest route. I maintained the metal line on my bike, but in order to do so it was a nightmare and a half trying to get all the right fittings and everything. Trust me, save the hastles (and the look of the bike) and just throw a Banjo on the caliper end.
