Workouts are pretty straightforward. Cardio on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Weightlifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

And edwardmorris, I know EXACTLY how you feel! I have two herniated discs at L4/L5 and L5/S1, and that was a big part of the reason I had to make a change. Since I've reached my goal weight, my back pain has been a thing of the past!!!
