Gday I won't need any back purging done as I only need the end sleeves welded on and the inside can be accessed. I'm running 4 into 4 so that will be the extent of the welding. The challenge for me is getting those extra kinks in. Spoke to a mate yesterday who is a welder and he is confident he can get a good enough seal from the inside. If he needs one on the outside, the weld will be covered by the flange ,so visually it's not that important.
Talking about a bead master, was out at Ultimate Shine in Liverpool and one of his clients does some killer work. There were photos of this young doods bobber with a diamond stitch design embossed or engraved into the metal seat, amongst other wicked fabrication he done these twisted header pipes. Functional I'm not sure, but it was first class artmanship. Now the sad thing is it's only a hobby and he only does his own projects . When I'm back out there I'll see if there's any chance I can get a contact for this dood.
