Truing the rim. Hub offset 78 cb750

My question is. Is there an offset of the hub in and out of the rim. I took my wheels apart and didn't measure this. Totally spaced it thinking the rim would be centered on the hub and the offset would be in the spacers and what not. Can anyone give me a definitive answer? I'm thinking have them center it test fit and go from there

You are correct, the hub is centered on the rim, and the spacers provide the required offset.

And the point of reference is the spoke flange for the rear wheel?
